Terms and conditions

Plans and access

Weekly passes give 7 days of access, monthly plans 30 days and yearly plans 365 days, starting when the payment is confirmed. If you renew early, the new period starts when the current one ends: you never lose paid days.

Payments

In Peru we charge in soles through Mercado Pago (card or Yape). From other countries we charge in US dollars through PayPal; your bank may apply its own exchange rate. Prices include the taxes that apply in Peru.

Automatic renewal

Only if you choose it with a card. You can cancel anytime from your Mercado Pago account or by writing to us; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If the course is not for you, write to hola@turuta.ai within 7 days of your first purchase and we will refund it.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.
