Who processes your data

[LEGAL NAME], with RUC [RUC], is responsible for the data you give us on turuta.ai, under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulation.

What data we collect

Name, email, WhatsApp number, country, company and team size (if you tell us), payment confirmations from Mercado Pago or PayPal (never your full card number), and technical data about the visit such as the campaign it came from. We count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address.

What we use it for

• Manage your registration, purchases and access to the courses.
• Send you news and content by email and/or WhatsApp, only if you accepted it separately.
• Measure which campaigns work, in aggregate.

Who we share it with

With providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, Meta's WhatsApp Business, Mercado Pago and PayPal for payments), only for those purposes. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

While you are on the list or a customer, and until you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, cancel or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights) by writing to hola@turuta.ai. To stop receiving messages, use the unsubscribe link in each email or write STOP on WhatsApp.
